Installation is digital and takes just a few minutes. Set it up before your trip, preferably while connected to Wi-Fi.
- After purchase, you will receive your eSIM QR code and instructions by email.
- On your phone, open the mobile network settings and add a new eSIM by scanning the QR code.
- When you arrive, enable the eSIM line for mobile data and start browsing.
Compatible devices
To use an eSIM, your device must be compatible and unlocked for other carriers.
- On your phone, dial *#06#. If an EID number appears, it supports eSIM.

How will I receive my eSIM?
Once payment is confirmed, we will send the QR code and installation instructions to the email address used for your purchase.
Can I install my eSIM before traveling?
